Fabrics
A core mission for Good Days is supporting a circular economy, to help contribute to the global efforts to find ways to repurpose waste, specifically plastic, which is suffocating our planet and oceans. We use a range of fabrics, which all contain varying levels of recycled plastic waste. Our goal is to divert plastic which would have otherwise ended up in landfill or oceans, repurposing it into a high quality product with a long life.
Recycled Polyester/Spandex
Our Recycled Polyester for our leggings and bra tops comes from TopGreen® and Repreve® . This use of post-consumer plastic not only repurposes waste, but reduces our reliance on petrochemicals and prevents environmental pollution. TopGreen® and Repreve® use post-consumer plastic bottles, taking them through a process of grinding, washing, melting, re-polymerizing, spinning and texturizing, to create a high quality yarn.
Repreve® is the only eco-performance fiber with U TRUST® verification to certify recycled content claims. From any point in the supply chain, using our unique FiberPrint® tracer technology, we can test your products to verify Repreve® is in there, and in the right amounts.
Recycled Nylon/Spandex
Our Recycled Nylon comes from Carvico in Italy, which partners with ECONYL®, a 100% regenerated nylon yarn derived from pre and post industrial waste such as discarded fishing nets and carpet which has reached its end of life. 640 thousand tons of fishing nets are abandoned at the bottom of the ocean, creating huge issues for marine life. Carvico works with Healthy Seas to find ways to clean up our oceans and find solutions for ‘ghost nets’ once they reach their end of life.

Green Company
Recycled Polyester/Cotton
Cotton is blended with recycled polyester produced by REPREVE®, who create high performance fibers from recycled plastic waste. The blend with cotton creates a soft and fluid fabric with high performance properties to make it suitable for activewear.
