Please follow these steps in order to process your return.
FOR HONG KONG CUSTOMERS (customers outside of Hong Kong click here)
1) Good Days will cover the cost of returns in Hong Kong completed by S.F. Express through the 'Pay on delivery' service.
2) Ensure that you have firstly created your Returns Request through our Returns Portal
3) Please re-package the items in their original condition (with tags) in the mailer we sent you or in another appropriately sized packet or box.
4) Arrange a door-to-door collection from S.F. Express by calling (852) 2730 0273 or online. Please note that when completing the fields online, 'Consignor/Sender' means your details, and Receiver is 'Good Days'. Please use the delivery address provided in your Returns confirmation email.
5) If arranging online, once you reach Stage 4 of the booking process and have confirmed the pick-up, ensure that you click on 'Complete the shipment information'. Update 'Payment' to 'Cash on delivery'. This step is essential to ensure that Good Days will cover the cost of the shipment. If arranging over the phone, be sure to mention payment is 'Cash on delivery' when booking the collection.
6) S.F. Express will contact you when they arrive for the collection and will provide the shipping label/waybill. There is no need for you to print anything.
7) We will confirm receipt of your return once received.
8) Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
Please note that for Hong Kong returns, delivery must be arranged via S.F. Express in order for Good Days to cover the cost of the shipment.
