Please follow these steps in order to process your return.
FOR CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF HONG KONG (customers in Hong Kong click here)
1) Good Days unfortunately cannot cover the shipping cost for returns from outside Hong Kong. We would recommend going to your national postal service for the best rates rather than using international couriers.
2) Ensure that you have firstly created a Returns Request through our Returns Portal.
3) Please re-package the item(s) in their original condition (with tags attached) in the mailer we sent you or in another appropriately sized packet or box.
4) Post to the address provided in the email sent confirming your return.
5) Ensure that you receive a tracking number. Good Days cannot be held liable for any packages which go missing during transit and will be unable to process a refund if the goods do not reach us.
6) We will confirm receipt of your return once received.
7) Refunds will be processed within 10 working days.
