RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns Policy

If your purchase is not quite right, you have 21 days from when you received your order to request an exchange or return.

All returned items must be unworn/unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached. Good Days has the right to refuse returns which show evidence of wear or damage. 

For orders within Hong Kong: we offer free collections for exchanges or returns via S.F. Express. 

For orders from outside Hong Kong: unfortunately we are unable to cover the cost of the return. We would recommend arranging the return through your local postal service (we don't mind you choosing the most economical option, even if that means it's going to take a little longer to reach us. We'd recommend using a tracked service however as we won't be able to issue a refund if the items go missing during transit).

Exchange Process

To request an exchange for another size, colour or style, please email hello@gooddaysactivewear.com. Include your original order number, the item you would like to return, and the style, colour and size of the item you would like to exchange for. We will respond to your request within 2 working days.

Returns Process

To return an item simply follow these steps:

1. Visit our Returns Portal 

2. Enter your Order Number and Email Address or Phone Number.

3. Select the item within the order that you wish to return and select a reason. If the item was damaged/defective, please add further details in the comments box. Complete the request.

4. You will receive an email from us outlining the process for returning an item and where to send it. If you don't receive this email within 24 hours please email us: hello@gooddaysactivewear.com

5. Once you have received this email, follow these steps:

6. Once we have received your return, please allow 1-2 working days for us to process. Once the return has been accepted we will notify you by email and will issue a refund back to your original form of payment. Please note we cannot refund the original shipping fee. Funds should arrive back in your account within 10 working days.
